Hi, my name is Ankit Sawla, the founder of charts Alpha.
From winning the first price in “stock market game” in 2003 conducted by (IMS) Institute of Management Studies Ltd to becoming the event head of Mock stock for “Abstract 2005” an inter collegiate event by (FCRIMS) Navi Mumbai. One thing was clear that I wanted to be around capital markets for the rest of my life.
With a Master’s degree in Management Studies (Finance), I started my career in 2006 with ABN AMRO and moved to NSE surveillance team where I spent 5.5 years learning the intricate details about stock markets. From manual working to developing the systems for better efficiency, from global melt down of 2008 to witnessing the hitting of two market wide upper circuit limit in 2009, I have experienced the major bull and bear markets.
I worked with Standard chartered Bank (SCB) for 5 years getting exposure of fixed income securities, Bonds and FX market on a global platform. Managed the entire South Asia region for SCB surveillance before following my desire to do something of my own. The love for capital market made me an independent full time trader since 2017 and now I am sharing my knowledge and experience of 15 years with everyone wishing to learn technical analysis.
